Description
This course will provide a comprehensive overview of the Laws & Regulations that are in Title 22 Division 6. The two main sources of authority for Community Care Licensing Division activities are the California Health and Safety Code and the California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Per Community Care Licensing regulations, all Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program must have a certified administrator. The Topics of training in the course is a direct reflection of the information contained in Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. Upon completion of this course, you will have a greater understanding of the requirements needed to establish and operate a Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program
Course is designed and approved to meet Community Care Licensing requirements toward re- certification for a STRTP Administrator certificate.
